Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on 25th April 2011 and registered office is located at no 21 jalan CP 2/12 Cheras Perdana 43200 Kajang and was founded Mr. Low Choon Kiat before Mr. Low only carry out the works as Subcontractors work on plumbing for few contractors as labour sub contractors and only by using his personal name as a sub contractor for more than 5 years. All contracts are awarded and sign under his personal name, and after so many years in this industry it have inspired him to expand and rope in a few partners to invest and it where they started Bumiariff Management & Construction Sdn Bhd.
With more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry MR. Low have been holding the post of supervisor and promoted to be the Project Manager in few Construction Company where he have more than ten years of experience in site management We are very sure that we will deliver all the our product in the budgeted cost and timely completion. Our services are:- • Civil & Structural works • Architectural & ID works • Internal & external Plumbing works • CCTV and Auto gates • Grills & Metal works • Architectural, ID designing and Authority submission
Looking back we have also completed few majors project under the main contract of Hightech Bond Sdn Bhd a plumbing contractor where we only carry out labour sub which do not need much capital. We have so far completed a few major projects in Klang valley which is in Suria Subang apartment consists of 150 units in the district of Majlis perbandaran Subang, D’Tiara beach resort in the district of Majlis perbandaran Port Dickson which consists of 980 units of apartment. Dua sentral mix development of residence condominium, hotel and office block in Jalan Tun Sambathan in Kuala Lumpur 2 block of 33 story with a 7 floors of car park podium level which have 2 floor basement and a pool deck at the 6 floor. Also carry out house renovation works in Cheras Jaya, Taman Melawati, Bukit Jelutong in Syah Alam, an IKS Factory in Puchong As a new team we have set our foresight to put in the full effort to give the best on time and quality to our customer and client to their satisfaction.
